Jr. IT Support Engineer

TekDoc Solutions — a fast-growing managed IT service provider with an exciting work environment — is expanding its engineering team. Specifically, we’re looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer (0-2 years experience) who’s interested in learning new skills, tackling a variety of technology-related challenges and partnering with a diverse client base. Our company provides managed IT services to small and medium-sized businesses in the Greater Boston area.

We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer, whose primary responsibilities include:
1) Responding to inbound phone and email requests from our clients
2) Providing Level 1 IT support, e.g.:
• General PC troubleshooting
• User, email and mobile account setup and configuration
• Hard drive and OS installation
• Data backup and recovery
• VPN setup
• Printer troubleshooting
• Phone system and network wiring
